Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is the most common and best-known type of massage. If it's your first time at the spa, or you don't get massages often, a Swedish massage is the best place to start. A Swedish massage can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing depending on your personalized health needs.

Reflexology
Reflexology focuses on reflex points on your feet, hands, and ears. that relate to specific organs and glands in the body. Stimulating those points with finger pressure promotes health in those organs and glands, via techniques that include holds, finger pressure, kneading, and rotation. When done by our skilled practitioners, reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment with benefits that can be felt throughout the body.

Cupping
A therapeutic cupping treatment involves warming and placing cups, usually made of glass, on the skin. By warming the air within the cup, a vacuum is created, and when it is applied to the skin, the tissue is drawn up into the cup. This increases the blood flow, loosens the fascia or connective tissue, and is thought to stimulate healing. It is similar to the way deep tissue massage can be used to break up scar tissue and reduce pain. The cups are often placed on the back, neck, and shoulders or the site of pain.

Gua sha
Gua sha is an alternative therapy that involves the scraping of skin with a massage tool to help improve circulation. This ancient Chinese healing technique may offer a unique approach to better health, addressing issues like chronic pain. In gua sha, the massage therapist applies massage oil to the skin, and then scrapes it with a gua sha tool, in short or long strokes to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue, which increases blood flow. Gua sha is intended to address stagnant energy, called chi, in the body that practitioners believe may be responsible for inflammation.
